The house
Company history
Divine Ink was founded in 2025 at Lahure Chowk, Kadaghari, with a simple brief: bring international-standard print and packaging to Kathmandu, and treat every sheet as if it will be held.
The press was built around German and industrial finishing lines from day one, not added later as an afterthought. A Heidelberg 10 P offset press sits at the centre of the floor, supported by Stahl buckle-to-buckle folding, Polar 115 E cutting, six-clamp perfect binding, and heavy-duty 16 mm / 32 mm stitching. The intent was never a small job shop. It was a complete house: colour, form, fold, trim, and bind, finished in one place.
The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Asha Khadka Rayamajhi, Managing Director Om Jung Rayamajhi, and Chairman Radhe Shyam Rayamajhi. Their name for the work is the same as the seal: divinity in every touch. Colour that sits true, folds that land square, and bindings that last in the hand.
What we take on
Printing and packaging
Commercial colour, packaging boards, books, and finished sets, planned on press, not patched in finishing.
Packaging
Cartons, sleeves, inserts, and branded packs. Board, ink, and finish specified together so the box looks as considered as the product inside.
Binding
Perfect-bound books and catalogues on the six-clamp glue line. Square spines, clean milling, and covers that sit flush.
Fold & finish
Stahl buckle-to-buckle folding, Polar 115 E cutting, and 16 / 32 mm stitching for signatures, saddle-stitched books, and set work.

Buckle to Buckle Folding Machine
German buckle-to-buckle folding for signatures, maps, leaflets, and multi-panel work. Parallel and cross folds land on the same grain, so a sixteen-page section or a concertina does not fight the bindery later. Speed without the crushed spine or the wandering gutter.

115 E Cutting Machine
A Polar 115 E programmatic cutter, 115 cm of clamp and knife for square, repeatable trims. Programmes hold a job’s first-cut and last-cut so a ream of covers matches the text block, and a carton blank does not wander a millimetre between stacks.

6-Clamp Perfect Glue Binding Machine
Six clamps keep the book in motion while the spine is milled, glued, and covered. Paperbacks, journals, and thick catalogues leave with a square backbone and a cover that does not lift at the hinge. Built for editions that will be opened often, not once.

Stitching
16 mm & 32 mm Heavy-Duty Stitching Machine
Two gauges on the same discipline: 16 mm for standard saddle-stitched booklets, 32 mm for thicker sections, pads, and work that needs a longer crown. Heavy-duty heads drive wire through stock that a light office stitcher will only bruise.
